Thiru is an accomplished executive with a track record of founding a global organization and growing that to a premier software consulting organization. Prior to founding MST Solutions, Thiru played the role of Chief Architect at Apollo Group and designed and implemented large scale transformation programs.
Thiru’s goal is to become a trusted partner for the clients by providing unmatched quality and service in building and deploying customer centric solutions and products to our customers. Thiru is a lifelong learner and is passionate about building an organization that leaves a legacy through the pursuit of its purpose, values, vision and mission.
As a leader of MST Solutions, Thiru has led his organization to be recognized as one of the best places to work by Phoenix Business Journal and AZ Central. Because of his contributions to the three important stakeholders (Customers, Colleagues and Community) of his organization, Thiru was recently recognized by Phoenix Business Journal as one of the Most Admired Leaders in the valley. Thiru has authored 9 books on .NET and Service Oriented Architecture related technologies and was frequent speaker in industry events such as Gartner AADI, SAP TechEd, Open Group, Data Management, and Semantic Technology conferences.
Thiru holds a Bachelor of Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and recently earned an Executive Education Program Certificate from Stanford School of Business.
Srikanth leads Client Engagement and Product Development functions at MST Solutions. He brings 15 years of experience developing and delivering enterprise software. He is a Senior IT leader with proven background in Business and Technology Strategy, Technology Transformation, Innovation and Execution. He is passionate about using technology to improve Business Outcomes and solve real business problems to accelerate growth.
He has extensive background in Enterprise Architecture, SaaS, CRM, Business Process Optimization, Cloud Computing, Hybrid Clouds, Enterprise Integration, Agile Application Development, Service Oriented Architecture and highly scalable Application design. He was able to build strong architecture and development teams from ground up by institutionalizing architecture and development frameworks. Srikanth and his teams were able to build various innovative solutions to improve Operational Efficiency and Customer Experience in addition to being a catalyst for generating new Revenue Streams.
Ken Costello is an operations executive who works with mid to large enterprise accounts to help clients deliver large scale sales and marketing automation platforms. Ken focuses on driving growth by investing in client engagement transformation and evolving MST Solutions customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Ken’s experience working in large corporations as an operations executive helps him assist organizations exceed operational goals, streamlining efficiency and driving improvements to the bottom line. Before joining MST Solutions (MST), Ken was executive vice president of operations at Apollo Education Group and was responsible for company-wide process improvement and enterprise program management. In that role, Ken developed and executed the organizations competitive strategy, sales channel management, marketing analytics, inbound and outbound sales efforts, marketing communications, and product marketing.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Ken originally came to the United States in 2000 in pursuit of employment and educational opportunities. Ken has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science, Information Management from Arizona State University. Ken is involved throughout the greater Phoenix community through charitable works and sits on board of directors for the Children First Leadership Academy.
As a Senior Director of Technology, Ramesh Ramamurthy plays a key role in design and execution of CRM and .NET projects. Ramesh has 17 years of professional IT experience with Masters degree in Computer applications. Ramesh has strong background in architecture, design, enterprise infrastructure, disaster recovery and development methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM. Ramesh has in-depth business process expertise in the healthcare vertical and has designed targeted solutions in the health care space.
As a Salesforce architect, Ramesh published the reference architecture, standards and best practices and process guidelines for Salesforce development, configuration and deployment in his previous organization. Ramesh also mentored and led a team of architects and developers to implement highly scalable, high performing multi-tier enterprise customer care solution in .NET using WCF Web Services, Entity Framework (EF), Caching, and MSMQ.
Ramesh is well versed in learning and adopting new tools and technologies and has excellent hands-on development skills on Salesforce, .Net and SQL technologies. Prior to joining MST, Ramesh worked in Pacific Pulmonary Services for 10 years and Kumaran Systems for 7 years.
Sudhir Setty is the Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at MST Solutions where he is responsible for establishing the company in the Dallas, Texas market and guiding its strategic growth. In this role, Sudhir directs brand-building strategies, oversees customer acquisition and growth, and works to establish Texas as a development hub to attract and retain top talent at MST.
Prior to joining MST, Sudhir served as the Chief Delivery Officer for Rezilyens LLC, where he led the delivery of digital services –– establishing and implementing a set of best practices in services delivery, and creating solutions across the company’s target markets. He also worked directly with enterprise clients to translate their vision and goals into digital strategies and innovation that spanned across Analytics, AI, CX, and applied IoT.
Sudhir also lead the hi-tech business unit at UST Global, an IT services provider, where he was responsible for the division’s profitability. Prior to that, he worked for Intel Corporation for 20 years in various roles within the company’s factory automation and information technology groups. While at Intel, Sudhir helped launch the company’s IT R&D center in India and developed key capabilities to deliver mission-critical systems for Intel in the CRM, Supply Chain and Data Warehouse domains.
He has also spoken on national stages to groups of CIOs and senior IT managers about industry best practices, and he is passionate about developing and scaling global IT organizations that deliver complex IT software.
Sudhir holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. When not at work, he enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family in Dallas.
Asif is a results-driven IT Leader with proven experience establishing Centers of Excellence, implementing methodology and developing teams through industry standard processes, training and mentoring. He is skilled at leveraging technology to develop and deliver high performance customer focused business solutions.
A Scrum certified, solution-oriented IT Professional with an proven record of successful test management and delivery including extensive experience in leading onsite, near-shore and offshore teams.

Ryan Smith is the Practice Lead for the public sector at MST. Through this role and with a core focus on customer success, Ryan develops project delivery strategy and best practices for public sector clients to guide Salesforce implementations and deliver a cost-effective transformation.
Ryan believes the key ingredient to a successful transformation is to uncover the measurable pain points and focus on those that directly impact customers, constituents and employees. Through this concentration, organizations have the best chance at increasing customer and employee satisfaction while reducing operational and technology costs. He also attests to the implementation of cloud computing platforms as a key capability that enables business transformation.
Ryan has a decade plus experience leading teams across the private and public sector where he led transformation projects in higher education. While at public and private 4-year and doctoral universities he was devoted to leading programs that resulted in massive cost savings, increased student retention and new university accreditations. Ryan’s career has been shaped by his passion for delivering technology in the pursuit of exciting, customer-centric business outcomes while using lean and six sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance quality.
Vince Liang is an experienced technology leader who delivers transformational technology solutions to leading organizations. Before joining MST, he spent the last few years rolling out Enterprise platforms in CRM, CPQ, and web services domains for Fortune 500 companies. As a result, Vince understands the intricacies involved in delivering major initiatives to complex organizations, and he collaborates effectively with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver the right combination of people, process, and technology necessary to succeed.
In multiple leadership roles with Apollo Education Group, Inc. and then Republic Services, Inc., Vince drove complex, integrated Salesforce.com implementations enabling more than 10,000 Sales and Customer Experience users and transforming critical business processes. Prior to this, Vince led the development and professional services teams for a software company providing network engineering and GIS solutions to more than 400 telecommunications companies including Frontier Communications Corp. and Time Warner Cable.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He also holds a Certified Associate in Health Information & Management Systems (CAHIMS) certificate.
Brandt Bogdanovich is Vice President of Marketing at MST Solutions where he oversees the company’s marketing and sales team and orchestrates high-performance marketing strategies. Brandt started his career as a special education teacher where he found a passion for data analytics. Data has been the driving force in Brandt’s career taking him from teaching, to business intelligence, and now into marketing where his diverse professional background is a tremendous asset.
Prior to joining the MST family, Brandt worked for a full-service marketing agency where he was responsible for marketing technology solutions including marketing automation strategy, client analytics, brand positioning, and growth marketing.
Brandt holds a BS Cross-categorical Special Education from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from Western International University
