The In-Person Sign feature is available in DocuSign for electronic signature even if the signer does not have access to email or a computer. With the In Person Signing feature, you set up an envelope normally, but assign it to a DocuSign user who will act as a Signing Host for the process.
In DocuSign, we can update the recipient once the envelop has been sent. When you update the recipient, the envelop must be in “In Process” status. You cannot update the recipient when the envelop is “Completed” or “Void” status.
DocuSign for Salesforce helps us shorten sales cycles, increase close rates, increase productivity, and reduce paper waste, resulting in savings of time. It allows us to quickly pull data from Salesforce objects like Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity etc.
The DocuSign is for sending agreements and complete approvals from anywhere and any device. It uses Digital Signatures using a standard called Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
