MST Solutions is Community Bound

Proud Local First member, Thiru Thangarathinam, founder and CEO of MST Solutions, prides himself in becoming Arizona’s largest partner.

With the organization focusing primarily around meeting and exceeding the needs and wants of the customers, Thangarathinam’s goal of “having an organization that has the right balance of purpose and profit” is constantly being met.

MST Solutions began in its infancy in 2012 when Thangarathinam’s interest in servicing clients through customer-centric software solutions peaked.

“Our expertise in cloud services focuses on customer relationship management, marketing automation and cloud integration services has fueled our growth as a global company.”

The MST Solutions team consists of talented, certified professionals who create competitive advantages for their clients with specialization in higher education, healthcare, financial services, and public sector solutions, according to Thangarathinam.

For Thangarathinam, he credits his ever-growing success to his attention to what he calls, the three C’s, customers, colleagues and community.

“We grew by consistently focusing on our customers’ needs and becoming a trusted provider for them,” Thangarathinam said.

As for his colleagues, Thangarathinam gets joy from watching as his partners grow and flourish, achieving bigger and better things in the company and in their lives.

With the third and final C, Thangarathinam regularly gives back to the community that has allowed his organization to root in. The most recent project being KIND, a way to help disadvantaged women in the community learn new skills in hopes of increasing their chances of getting a job.

Thangarathinam embraces the opportunity to grow in the local market. Emphasizing that the support for growing locally is a consistent environment, one in which having high tech interactions with customers at a local level can create a greater impact.

“Being able to better all three C’s is what I am really proud of,” Thangarathinam said.
