  • Assist in requirements gathering and story creation for clients to ensure scope of work has been properly assessed and ensures configuration is considered first
  • Work closely with other Salesforce experts to perform configuration tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects across multiple business groups
  • Create new materials for training on CRM functionality
  • Provide support for various clients during support tracks or for retainer projects
  • Assist in the creation of workflows, Process Builder, Flows and custom object design and build
  • Create custom reporting and dashboards within for multiple clients
  • Assist in building proofs of concepts or prototypes for various business needs
  • Work closely with junior Salesforce Administrators to aid in skill development
  • Provide support for MST’s internal Salesforce environment performing regular Salesforce Admin functions such as building reports, updating page layouts, creating workflows, managing user access, etc.
  • Provide candid, transparent and effective communication to empower, ensure alignment and enable success


  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • At least 3 year of working experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • High level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrable change management and compliance experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile practices
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Great collaboration skills with positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills internally and externally
  • Experience in working with external customers
  • Located and able to work in the U.S. and able to travel locally in the Phoenix market​

Desired Qualifications

  • Certified Platform App Builder
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Mobile
  • BS degree with applicable experience
