As a Chief Architect/Senior Director in Apollo Group, Thiru designed and Implemented large scale ERP implementations and Salesforce deployments for Intel and Apollo. Thiru has authored books on .NET and Service Oriented Architecture related technologies and is frequent speaker in industry events such as Gartner AADI, SAP TechEd, Open Group, Data Management, and Semantic Technology conferences.
Srikanth leads Client Engagement and Product Development functions at MST Solutions. He brings 15 years of experience developing and delivering enterprise software. He is a Senior IT leader with proven background in Business and Technology Strategy, Technology Transformation, Innovation and Execution. He is passionate about using technology to improve Business Outcomes and solve real business problems to accelerate growth.
He has extensive background in Enterprise Architecture, SaaS, CRM, Business Process Optimization, Cloud Computing, Hybrid Clouds, Enterprise Integration, Agile Application Development, Service Oriented Architecture and highly scalable Application design. He was able to build strong architecture and development teams from ground up by institutionalizing architecture and development frameworks. Srikanth and his teams were able to build various innovative solutions to improve Operational Efficiency and Customer Experience in addition to being a catalyst for generating new Revenue Streams.
Suresh Murugesan is a Visionary Technologist and a proven Leader in software development. As a Director of Software Development, Suresh plays a vital role in managing the software delivery practice including Microsoft.Net, Java/J2EE, and Open Source platforms at MST Solutions. He is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to MST’s clients on time and under budget.
Prior to joining MST Solutions, Suresh worked at Apollo Education Group for about 10 years as Sr. Technical Program Manager, where he managed multiple technical teams to build world-class education products (PeTs, Online Discussion/Forum, Student Attendance) for University of Phoenix, Online education platform. His cumulative projects’ budget crosses over 15 million dollars and has assessed multiple 3rd party vendors for technology solutions at Apollo.
Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from REC-Trichy, India and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. Suresh is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership (IT) at University of Phoenix, Arizona.
As a Director of Technology, Ramesh Ramamurthy plays a key role in design and execution of CRM and .NET projects. Ramesh has 17 years of professional IT experience with Masters degree in Computer applications. Ramesh has strong background in architecture, design, enterprise infrastructure, disaster recovery and development methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM. Ramesh has in-depth business process expertise in the healthcare vertical and has designed targeted solutions in the health care space.
As a Salesforce architect, Ramesh published the reference architecture, standards and best practices and process guidelines for Salesforce development, configuration and deployment in his previous organization. Ramesh also mentored and led a team of architects and developers to implement highly scalable, high performing multi-tier enterprise customer care solution in .NET using WCF Web Services, Entity Framework (EF), Caching, and MSMQ.
Ramesh is well versed in learning and adopting new tools and technologies and has excellent hands-on development skills on Salesforce, .Net and SQL technologies. Prior to joining MST, Ramesh worked in Pacific Pulmonary Services for 10 years and Kumaran Systems for 7 years.
Asif is a results-driven IT Leader with proven experience establishing Centers of Excellence, implementing methodology and developing teams through industry standard processes, training and mentoring. He is skilled at leveraging technology to develop and deliver high performance customer focused business solutions.
A Scrum certified, solution-oriented IT Professional with an proven record of successful test management and delivery including extensive experience in leading onsite, near-shore and offshore teams.

Krishnadoss Parthasarathy (Krishna) has more than 25 years of experience in IT industry and held various positions from Senior Software Developer to Software Development Manager to IT Director.
In his previous employment at Apollo Education Group for 13 years, he managed about 50 onsite employees and 60 offshore employees, and played a key role in building 50+ mission-critical, Java & .NET-based, Internet and Intranet web applications (Marketing, Enrollment, Academics, Finance, Scheduling, Financial Aid, and etc.) used by 350,000 students and 15,000 internal staff.
Krishna is a result-oriented, innovative technology leader with primary focus on improving operational efficiency, cost avoidance, revenue growth, and automating software development processes and business processes. Krishna has certifications in Sun certified Java Developer, Java Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud Consultant and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Ryan Smith is the Practice Lead for the public sector at MST. Through this role and with a core focus on customer success, Ryan develops project delivery strategy and best practices for public sector clients to guide Salesforce implementations and deliver a cost-effective transformation.
Ryan believes the key ingredient to a successful transformation is to uncover the measurable pain points and focus on those that directly impact customers, constituents and employees. Through this concentration, organizations have the best chance at increasing customer and employee satisfaction while reducing operational and technology costs. He also attests to the implementation of cloud computing platforms as a key capability that enables business transformation.
Ryan has a decade plus experience leading teams across the private and public sector where he led transformation projects in higher education. While at public and private 4-year and doctoral universities he was devoted to leading programs that resulted in massive cost savings, increased student retention and new university accreditations. Ryan’s career has been shaped by his passion for delivering technology in the pursuit of exciting, customer-centric business outcomes while using lean and six sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance quality.
Jessica has 14+ years of creating and maintaining client relationships. Her passion is found in helping others identify their areas of focus and working alongside of them to create a solution that will better fit their needs. As the Public Sector Account Manager, she has the opportunity to do this with local and state government agencies increasing the overall operational efficiencies for staff and constituents. Being a customer advocate and ensuring that top-notch service is consistently delivered, has assisted with creating optimal client experiences.
Prior to MST Solutions, Jessica worked for Apollo Education Group leading a team of individuals that heavily supported students who were in need of assistance. It was here where Jessica found a true desire to not only help external customers, but to help employees grow personally and professionally through introducing them to networking events, conferences, and a variety of ways to improve their well-being. She has carried her best practices and encouragement to continually grow to the MST family.
Ken Costello is operations executive who works with mid to large enterprise accounts to help clients deliver large scale sales and marketing automation platforms. Ken focuses on driving growth by investing in client engagement transformation and evolving MST Solutions customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. Ken’s experience working in large corporations as an operations executive helps him assist organizations exceed operational goals, streamlining efficiency and driving improvements to the bottom line. Before joining MST Solutions (MST), Ken was executive vice president of operations at Apollo Education Group and was responsible for company wide process improvement and enterprise program management. In that role, Ken developed and executed the organizations competitive strategy, sales channel management, marketing analytics, inbound and outbound sales efforts, marketing communications, and product marketing.
Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Ken originally came to the United States in 2000 in pursuit of employment and educational opportunities. Ken is currently finishing his Master of Science, Information Management at Arizona State University and holds his Certified Salesforce Administrator certification along with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Western International University. He sits on the board of directors for the Children First Leadership Academy.
Vince Liang is an experienced technology leader who delivers transformational technology solutions to leading organizations. Before joining MST, he spent the last few years rolling out Enterprise platforms in CRM, CPQ, and web services domains for Fortune 500 companies. As a result, Vince understands the intricacies involved in delivering major initiatives to complex organizations, and he collaborates effectively with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver the right combination of people, process, and technology necessary to succeed.
In multiple leadership roles with Apollo Education Group, Inc. and then Republic Services, Inc., Vince drove complex, integrated Salesforce.com implementations enabling more than 10,000 Sales and Customer Experience users and transforming critical business processes. Prior to this, Vince led the development and professional services teams for a software company providing network engineering and GIS solutions to more than 400 telecommunications companies including Frontier Communications Corp. and Time Warner Cable.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He also holds a Certified Associate in Health Information & Management Systems (CAHIMS) certificate.
Karthika is responsible for workforce management, statutory compliance, training & development functions at MST Solutions. Her goal is to strengthen the policies and governance set forth by management and act as a liaison between employees and leadership team.
