This past August, MST Solutions announced that we have been acquired by Mastek, Ltd, which I know that many of you have already heard. I’m very excited to now announce the next phase of our integration process and why I’m confident that this rollout will bring nothing but benefits to our customers, our colleagues, and our community.
Over the coming months, you’ll begin to see branding changes as we carefully and strategically move to become a unified organization under the Mastek umbrella. For us, this is an expansion – an amplification of services and capabilities that operating under a consolidated brand will deliver. I’m confident of this because of the values that Mastek and MST Solutions shared before we joined forces.
We chose to go with Mastek when we had other options, because it was very clear to me that we had great alignment on core values – how we treat our customers and colleagues and in how we work to make a positive impact on our communities. We share a commitment to serve each customer with distinction. We concern ourselves not just with our own business growth, but with the personal and career growth of every colleague in our organization. We roll up our sleeves and help build strong communities where we live and work. Mastek has been doing this globally for 40 years. And now together, we’ll be able to do more.
Growth has always been a part of our DNA. Over the past 10 years, we’ve never been afraid of making changes if those changes were for the benefit of our customers. Our evolution has always been done through the framework of a “culture of service” and a fierce dedication to the core values that defined us. That hasn’t changed, and it still won’t change. Now that we’re part of a larger organization, we’ll be able to offer a lot more services and capabilities while still preserving the culture of service that we bring to all our stakeholders.
The plan is not to supplant the teams you’ve been working directly with nor the leadership structure that guides those teams – it’s to amplify what we’re already doing so that in partnership with Mastek, we can scale with integrity. I will personally remain in a leadership role and continue to guide what will become Mastek’s Salesforce Business Unit.
