He started with a small office in India, and then steadily established a substantial footprint in Chandler, AZ. With a purpose driven mission as his guide, Thiru has built a strong cultural foundation that reaches across the ocean and connects every team member and leader in the company. Driven by the understanding that loyalty is a two-way street, every employee is committed to the positive business outcomes of MST and are inspired to continually invest in their own personal growth and success.
