Robotic Process Automation


Introduction: 

 Payroll is a most time-consuming process for any organization. it is a repetitive work for the HR team in every organization.  Since it involves a lot data entry manually, there are chances of wrong entries that lead to incorrect salaries.  so we need a solution for it, and it should be a flawless process. The solution for the problem will be the Robotic Process Automation (RPA). 

RPA will run across every application. It will verify the data consistency, verify the timesheet, verify the reimbursement etc.  The RPA will automate the paycheck process, tax deduction, pay slip generation. 

What is Robotic Process Automation:
