A Message from the President and Global Chief Growth Officer, Mastek Group

I want to take a moment to share my perspective on MST Solutions joining the Mastek family and now integrating under one name. I think that open and continual communication is the key to truly becoming a unified force for growth on multiple levels.

Dear Colleagues,

Mastek and MST came together with Mastek’s acquisition of MST in July of 2022. Now we are ready to move to the next step as a part of the integration process as we integrate under one name – Mastek.  

First, I want to thank clients of MST Solutions for the value and continued trust that you’ve placed in us for so many years. We take that very seriously, and we are fully focused on maintaining an organization that delivers trust, value, and velocity to you.  

I’d also like to express how excited I am – how excited we all are – that MST Solutions and Mastek will be working together under one Mastek umbrella. MST Solutions brings a highly people centric culture, expert Salesforce knowledge, and a great team all in one go. Together, we’re a more strategic partner, because we’re now able to bring MST’s Salesforce and integration expertise into the Mastek brand where Mastek’s digital & cloud capabilities, scale and visibility can help us partner with you in your wider Digital transformation strategy and initiatives.  

I firmly believe that a timely integration process is the best way to amplify what we do to achieve that scale and visibility. One family. One name. Our objective towards merging brands has always been the same: joint success and amplifying the value that we bring to you.  

Both MST Solutions and Mastek are similar in our values, so there’s great excitement across both organizations as we continue to make progress coming together.  From a customer perspective, there’s nothing but benefits coming. Not only will clients continue to work with the same teams whose expertise they’ve come to trust, but they’ll also reap the benefits of expanded expertise, expanded resources and expanded service offerings – across a global footprint of geographies.   

Our vision is clear – it is to “amplify” the value that we deliver to all our stakeholders. It’s only about making that better and stronger for you – our customers. That’s our guiding light. As we go through the brand merge process, we only want to amplify the excellent value that MST Solutions has been bringing to their customers for the last decade, and we’ve already begun doing this for customers here in the U.S. and in other parts of the world.
